By Kathie Zipp German developer ISM Group has commissioned a 4.5 MW solar power plant in the town of Eckolstädt in the Saaleplatte district of Thuringia, Germany. The ground-mounted system comprises 16,928 Hanwha Q CELLS brand solar modules and will produce enough sustainable electricity to power approximately 1,600 homes. The project took the ISM Group from Bitterfeld just 3 months to develop, construct and grid connect.
The plant in Eckolstädt is already the seventh solar power plant for which the ISM Group has partnered with Hanwha Q CELLS as their module provider.
