By National Wind Watch A Cass County government property’s cellphone policy violates Indiana’s open door law, according to the state’s public access counselor. Elizabeth Thomas, Twelve Mile, filed a complaint with the Indiana Office of the Public Access Counselor indicating she was denied access at the Cass County Commissioners’ Dec. 4 and 18, 2017 meetings.
