By National Wind Watch DOUGLASS TOWNSHIP – The Douglass Township Board split 3-2 on Wednesday evening in approving a motion to place a six-month moratorium on wind energy action in yet another uncivilized meeting. Immediately after the vote, Supervisor Terry Anderson didn’t hold back in sharing what the past few months have been like for him and his colleagues in dealing with the fallout of a township wind ordinance approved late last year. “Obviously we did not have enough information,” Anderson admitted to the audience . . .
