Enel’s new 320-MW U.S. wind project to power Facebook data centre in Nebraska

By Michelle Froese Enel Green Power North America, Inc. (EGPNA), the U.S. renewable energy company of the Enel Group, has started construction of the Rattlesnake Creek wind farm in the United States. Once completed, Rattlesnake Creek will have a total installed capacity of 320 MW and will be Enel’s first wind farm in the state of Nebraska.
With a total installed capacity of 320 MW, Rattlesnake Creek is Enel’s first wind project in Nebraska. It will cover 100% of Nebraska’s Facebook’s data center’s power needs.
