PG&E launches energy storage incentive program for customers

By Kelsey Misbrener Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) today announced the opening of the self-generation incentive program (SGIP) for 2017 through the end of 2019. During this timeframe, PG&E will administer more than $240 million in SGIP incentives to customers, offering financial incentives to help them install storage, renewables and other energy technologies.
