Rocky Mountain begins major wind, repowering, and transmission project

By Michelle Froese As predicted, Rocky Mountain Power, (RMP) local leaders, and community members kicked off construction efforts on Energy Vision 2020 last week, during a groundbreaking event in Carbon County, Wyoming.
