Tenaska signs PPA for Missouri wind project

By Michelle Froese Tenaska, an independent power producer in the U.S., has signed a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. with a capacity of approximately 236 MW of renewable power from a wind project in northwest Missouri.
The Tenaska Clear Creek Energy Center project has a capacity of approximately 236 MW of renewable power expected to be operational by 2020.
