The City of Rochester signs pledge to increase access to EV charging stations

By Michelle Froese The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), the Electrification Coalition, and Energetics Incorporated recently announced that the City of Rochester and five organizations have signed a pledge to increase access to electric vehicle charging stations for their employees. The pledges are part of Rochester’s Electric Vehicle Accelerator initiative, a pilot project launched last spring to assist the City of Rochester to become the state’s first electric vehicle model city.
