By Michelle Froese After a competitive tender process, long-term Vestas customer Eneco has placed an order for six V112-3.45-MW turbines in 3.6-MW Power Optimized Mode. The wind turbines are for the 50-MW Slufterdam wind park near Rotterdam in The Netherlands.
Vestas’ wind turbines are planned for 50-MW Slufterdam wind farm. Slufterdam is a joint project between Noun Energy and Eneco, two key players in the Dutch wind industry.
The order was placed by Eneco’s special project company, Windpark Eneco Slufterdam B.V., and includes supply and commissioning of the turbines as well as a full-scope service agreement. Delivery and commissioning of the wind turbines are planned
